Euan Murray (left thigh), Chris Paterson (right ankle), Dave Callam (left calf) and Kelly Brown (right shoulder) have all been assessed by the Scotland medical team.
And all are unavailable to train when the Scotland squad gather at Murrayfield on Tuesday to begin preparations for the match against Ireland a week on Saturday.
Scotland team doctor James Robson said: "Of all of these, Chris Paterson, Euan Murray and Dave Callam are unlikely to take part in training this week and will continue with daily treatment.
"In addition, treatment is ongoing for Dougie Hall (thigh), Rob Dewey (back) and Gavin Kerr (knee), who also sustained bumps and bruises in the match against Italy."
