"When I got the ball in my hands, my only thought was not to drop it. I just wanted to get over the line and get it down as quickly as possible," said Euan, who is set to leave Glasgow to join Northampton Saints this summer.
"I had no idea about the title situation at that point. You don't think about things like that. I was only concerned with Scotland. I remember the Gibbs try from '99, but it doesn't bother me that I couldn't do the same for Ireland."
"That was the toughest game of international rugby. The French pack are probably the top forward unit in the Championship," he said. "France deserve to win the Six Nations for their consistency."
