Dan is the Glasgow Warriors Player of the Season

Dan Parks has been named as the Glasgow Warriors Magners League Player of the Season, following a supporters vote which recognises the huge impact Dan has had on the Warrior's improved form this year.

The three finalists of the Magners League Player of the Season Award have been announced as:

• Dan Parks - Glasgow Warriors
• Kelly Brown - Border Reivers
• Chris Paterson - Edinburgh Rugby

The ultimate winner of this award will be decided by you, the supporters. Thank you to everyone who has taken part so far.

Voting for the winner is easy: simply email your chosen player's name to vote@glasgowwarriors.org

Voting closes at 12 Noon on Friday 18 May 2007.

Just the way it should be. Dan has been outstanding this year he really carries this Glasgow team. Long live Mr Parks.

Well done Dan!!! Definately made a huge impact this year and i'm very glad he is staying with us for another 2 seasons!

Dan did really well this season and deserved his win. Hope he keeps up the good work and does the Warriors proud at the world cup!

Dan Parks is all about loyalty, ability, and durability. He's an Aussie, but he's given all the aforementioned attributes to Glasgow, and Scotland. That's what being Player Of The Year is all about.
