The Canadian international wing/centre signed for Glasgow over the summer but has been out of action with a broken wrist since October.
DTH said in the Evening Times: “I am desperate to get back in on Friday night and determined that if I do I will make an impact and a contribution to what would be a massive win for Warriors.
“The injury has been a nightmare for me as I had only featured as a sub against Cardiff Blues in the Magners League, then picked up the injury in my first full start against Biarritz and that has been that.
“I have been a bit lucky that the international break has meant I have not missed too much game time, but I’d be lying if I said it was not driving me nuts.
“But I have kept working away and now I am ready to go if Sean Lineen wants me. After a great win at Ulster, the mood in the squad has been really upbeat and we can’t wait to have a go at Gloucester.
“Victory can turn around our Heineken Cup hopes in one fell swoop and we fancy ourselves against anyone at Firhill.
“But no-one at Glasgow is underestimating how tough this will be. English sides play with a lot of pride and are really determined and with the whole Scotland versus England thing the lads have been telling me about, there will be no shortage of edge.”
