Glasgow reach the play-offs

Glasgow have qualified for the Magners League play-offs
Glasgow Warriors' place in the Magners League play offs was confirmed today when Ulster beat Edinburgh 37-25 at Murrayfield.

It's now mathematically impossible for third-placed Glasgow to be knocked out of the top four.

The Warriors now travel to Llanelli to play the Scarlets, needing a win to secure the home tie in the semi-final.

Let's hope Scarlets' flourish today was the only surprise they have for the end of the season. Then with the Osprey's result going favourably we could give Dan, Kelly and Mark at least one more home match.

hopefully this will allow the team to play a more freer game and in the process put the scarlets to the sword. mind you given what john Beattie snr said today on the radio about his son being sore all over, that might be a step to far.

is there anything to the rumour that Scott Murray might be joining Glasgow given that his club just went down the drain??

I hope not - Murray isn't the type of player Glasgow need.

Is he a lock? Yes.
Is he still breathing and has a pulse? Yes.

Sounds like exactly the type of player we need.
