The Glasgow flanker is off to Murrayfield to watch Scotland take on Ireland and he hopes it will provide more pleasant viewing than the video nasty he watched last weekend.
Calum played in the Warriors 37-8 defeat to Connacht at The Sportsground in Galway last Friday.
And, to rub salt in the wounds, he was then given one of the team laptops to review the performance.
“I watched the game on the laptop on Sunday,” said alum in the Evening Times. “I actually felt physically sick.
“As a Glasgow player and as a Glasgow-born boy, I’m proud to play for my city and I felt terrible that we had let so many people down.
“Everyone was absolutely gutted by what had happened. We were embarrassed.
“But we came back on Monday, regrouped and we’ve had some really good training sessions now.
“We had a players’ meeting. As far as we’re concerned, what happened last Friday is not good enough.
“A few home truths had to come out. There’s no point in shying away from these things.
“But it’s not about blame or finger-pointing. It’s about how we regroup and go forward.
“We need to stick tighter together than we ever have done to get a result against the Dragons on Friday.”
