Chris told the Evening Times: "The chance to make a bit of history is something that is a massive motivation for tonight's game. But while that is the case, we have to concentrate on doing the best job we can against Dragons.
"They are a very tough, physical side who will be smarting from a frustrating loss at home to Ulster and they will be coming to Scotstoun to prove a point. But it is vital to us in front of our fans that we produce a victory.
"We have given ourselves a great platform into this one with the win at Treviso and we have to make sure we make the most of that by getting the win.
"It is the second time I have skippered the side out after doing so against Zebre and I want to keep my 100 per cent record."
