The 60-minute match will give a number of players the opportunity to get game time.
Junior Bulumakau starts in the backline along with Rory Hughes, while Duncan Weir and Ali Price are the half-back pairing.
Chris Fusaro captains the side and will feature in an experienced forwards pack with Greg Peterson and James Eddie the second-row pairing.
On the bench is Finn Russell’s brother Archie as well as Javan Sebastian and Jerry Yanuyanutawa.
As is the case with ‘A’ fixtures, a number of players who have caught the eye for their local clubs will feature such as Patrick Nicol from Stirling County and Scott Bikerstaff from Marr.
The side will be led by the club’s Assistant Coach Kenny Murray and Iain Monaghan BT Sport Academy Coach.
Coverage of the match will be on Twitter @GlasgowWarriors and full highlights will be available on Warriors HQ which will go live tomorrow.
