Healey, who has spent nine years in the same role with the Chiefs in Super Rugby and five years at Counties Manukau, replaces Stuart Yule who has moved from the Warriors to the Scotland national set-up.
Jason O'Halloran, Jonathan Humphreys, Kenny Murray and Mike Blair have already been confirmed as assistant coaches.
Francisco Tavares also joins from the Chiefs as a Strength and Conditioning Coach to replace Thibault Giroud who has left the club.
Both will work alongside existing Strength and Conditioning Coach George Petrakos.
Toby West replaces Gavin Vaughan as Lead Performance Analyst. West, who has previously worked with Scotland, Scotland 7s and Domestic Rugby, will join Performance Analyst Greg Woolard for 2017/18.
David Pugh will continue as the Club Doctor, working alongside Head Physiotherapist Nicola McGuire and Team Physiotherapists Gabrielle McCullough and Francesco Fronzoni.
John Manson remains the Rugby Operations Manager and Dougie Mills will continue in his role as Kit Manager.
