The 31-year-old is in his third season with Warriors having initially joined on loan from Northampton in 2020 before making the deal permanent at the start of the 2021/2022 season.
Bean's enjoyed a lot of game time this season and has played a key role in Glasgow's run of good form.
It's been a tough campaign for Montauban at the wrong end of the Pro D2, but they're strengthening their squad for next season with Bean among a number of arrivals planned should they maintain their place in the second tier of French rugby.
