The young Glasgow team showed up well against a team of Georgian internationals with a number of players impressing in front of Franco Smith.
Both teams cancelled each other out in a scoreless first half with Facundo Cordero denying Black Lion in the corner with a superb cover tackle and Matthew Urwin's try chalked off after a lineout was taken in the wrong place. However, it was clear the Georgians had the edge in the scrum and that became even more apparent in the second period.
Black Lion went ahead after 47 minutes with Alexander Tadua going over on the left with the conversion successful.
Glasgow replied quickly through Fergus Watson with Urwin converting to make it 7-7.
Todua added his second before former Glasgow hooker Shalva Mamukashvili went over from a maul.
Kerr Johnston went over for Warriors sparking a brawl under the posts but Mamukashvili added his second of the afternoon to secure the win for Black Lion.
Glasgow coach Shade Munro confirmed that Jack Oliver has been offered a one-year academy contract with Warriors.
The son of the late Scotland international Greig, has been training with Glasgow and he featured in the 26-14 defeat to Black Lion on Wednesday afternoon.
The scrum-half is contracted to Munster but the Irish province have allowed him to train with the Warriors ahead of a potential move.
