The hooker is a former recipient of the prestigious Macphail Scholarship, spending a year at Stellenbosch University in South Africa to further his rugby development.
Fraser has represented Scotland at both U18 and U20 level, having previous represented the Caledonia region through the age grades.
He is a former Dundee Eagles player - where he came through the ranks with fellow Warrior Murphy Walker - as well as having turned out for Dundee FP.
