There are proposed constitutional amendments which have been submitted by the committee. These deal mostly with the issue of proxy voting and the legal status of the club. Please click here for details of these proposed amendments.
The constitutional amendments will only be admissible should they be agreed by the AGM. Proxy voting can only be used in this year's AGM should the AGM agto it. Therefore the proposed constitutional amendments will not be subject to proxy voting but any next year will be. A copy of the proposed proxy voting form is available here.
If any member has a constitutional amendment to be discussed at the AGM then please submit it in writing to myself by close of business on Wednesday 14th May.
