Bulloch and Metcalfe start for Scotland

Glenn Metcalfe and Gordon Bulloch will start for Scotland in the Six Nations clash with Ireland on Sunday.

Both players have been in good form for a struggling Warriors team. Metcalfe will gain his 28th cap while Bulloch will play his 45th international game.

Team: Glenn Metcalfe (Glasgow), Kenny Logan (Wasps), Andy Craig (Orrell), Brendan Laney (Edinburgh), Chris Paterson (Edinburgh), Gordon Ross (Leeds), Bryan Redpath (Sale Sharks, capt), Tom Smith (Northampton), Gordon Bulloch (Glasgow), Bruce Douglas (Borders), Scott Murray (Edinburgh), Stuart Grimes (Newcastle), Martin Leslie (Edinburgh), Simon Taylor (Edinburgh), Andrew Mower (Newcastle).

Replacements: Steve Scott (Borders), Gavin Kerr (Leeds), Nathan Hines (Edinburgh), Ross Beattie (Bristol), Mike Blair (Edinburgh), Gregor Townsend (Borders), Kevin Utterson (Borders).
