Warriors impress club coaches

Glasgow Warriors drafted to clubs for the Integrated Tournament have been impressing club coaches with their attitude.

Andy Nicol, Joe Naufahu and Roland Reid were drafted by Stirling County and coach Eddie Pollock said: "I am delighted with the approach of our pros. I sat them down on Monday and gave them an outline of the history of the club and what we wanted from them during this period. They are only obliged to come to Thursday training - but they want to come on Tuesdays as well."

Jock Rae, the Hawick manager has also been impressed. "All our pros have already displayed their enthusiasm, especially Rory Kerr, who came down here on Thursday and is staying the whole weekend."
