December 26, 2003Hughenden in good condition The Hughenden is in good condition despite the heavy rain Despite the constant rain of the last few days Hughenden pitch was in good condition this afternoon less than 24 hours before Glasgow's Celtic League match against Edinburgh is due to be played there.
The Glasgow team had a brief, light run on the pitch this afternoon, though the bulk of their work was done on Hughenden's other pitches in preparation for the game against last Saturday's Celtic Cup runners-up. Tomorrow's match will kick off at 2.00pm. The afternoon's weather in Glasgow is forecast to be showery, with a south-westerly breeze. Frost is not forecast overnight. Comments
