Cammy's vote of confidence for Sean

Sean Lamont has won Cammy Mather's vote of confidence
Cammy Mather thinks his Glasgow teammate, Sean Lamont, would rise to the occasion if selected to make his Scotland debut against France at Murrayfield on Sunday (ko 3.00pm).

"With the ball in hand Sean will always make yards. Defensively he will stop opponents in their tracks in proving useful there as well," said Cammy.

Cammy is still hoping to shake off an ankle injury to reclaim his place in the pack to face the French.

"If I am not 100 per cent then I’ll take the decision myself rather than put coach Matt Williams in the position of having to make the call," said the Glasgow captain.
