Mark McMillan is at scrum-half for Scotland U21s

Mark McMillan is at scrum-half for the Scotland U21 team to face France U21 at Caledonian Stadium, Inverness on Saturday 20 March (ko 7.30pm)

Also in the Scotland starting XV are two young Hawks who have been called up by Glasgow during this season - Fergus Thomson and Colin Shaw.
