Kevin Tkachuk skippered Canada against France
Canadian skipper Kevin Tkachuk looked back Saturday's 47-13 defeat to France and admitted that his team were well beaten.

"Coming off a score-line like that, we didn't do ourselves justice today," said the Glasgow-bound prop. "That's the most pressure that this team has faced so far, and we learned what it takes to play against a powerful defensive team that can disrupt all our set pieces. It took us a while to get into the game and though we did do some good things they put us to the sword today. We can play a lot better than this, but full credit to the French. They played a fine game today."
