Glasgow's stand-off Dan Parks hopes his match-winning display against Edinburgh will help him secure his Scotland spot for the Autumn Internationals

Dan (sponsored by glasgowwarriors.com) slotted three penalties and a drop goal to ensure his team picked up four Celtic League points against their old rivals at Old Anniesland last Saturday.

And Dan reckons the gritty performance will boost his chances when it comes to being selected for Matt Williams' national side in November.

Dan told the Evening Times: "I was pleased we won I'm not thinking any further ahead than the next game, but if I do well against other teams, it helps my cause."
