Andy on the comeback trail

Andy Craig is making steady progress in his comeback from a serious knee injury
Tomorrow's game with Ulster will be another step back into the big-time for Glasgow's Andy Craig.

Andy was called into the Glasgow team to face Ulster at Hughenden after fellow international Sean Lamont was ruled out of the clash because of a calf injury.

Andy has been out of action for around a year, but after surgery to his damaged knee he has been making steady progress, grabbing a hat-trick of tries for the Glasgow Development squad in their win over Sale Jets at Stockport.

Andy said: "I had been in agony for almost a year with a knee problem and it is great to be back after my operation.

"I can now look ahead and rebuild myself for the future - but I am not looking too far ahead.

"Before I can even think about getting back into the Scotland set-up, I must focus on earning a regular start for Glasgow."
