Today's Times reports that the injuries are likely to put both players out for the rest of the month.
Glasgow's resources are already stretched to the limit and beyond with seven players away on Scotland duty, one with Canada, plus an injury and sickness list that meant they travelled to Cardiff missing 11 players. With important games against Llanelli and Leinster coming up before the club get their international players back, Glasgow cannot afford even more problems.
Glasgow have already leant heavily on Glasgow Hawks with the professional side calling up five players just to complete the squad that travelled to Cardiff on Saturday. Of those five players, only Fergus Thomson and Eric Milligan were in the Hawks squad that crashed to Heriot's at Old Anniesland on Sunday.
