Gordon will retain the captain's armband for Scotland's Six Nations campaign
Gordon Bulloch has been announced as the Scotland captain or the forthcoming Six Nations tournament.

The 29-year-old was named today as Scotland captain for RBS Six Nations by national coach Matt Williams.

GB had captained Scotland during their autumn Test series, when they lost to South Africa and Australia (twice) but beat Japan.

Williams said: "Gordon did an outstanding job during the autumn internationals and has been in exceptional form. He has some good competition with Scott Lawson at Glasgow which has really brought out the best in him."

He has now been capped 70 times.
