Injury blow for JP

Jon Petrie could be out until next year
Scotland captain Jon Petrie looks certain to miss the autumn internationals after suffering a badly dislocated shoulder in Glasgow's stormy defeat to Newport-Gwent.

JP was taken off late in the first-half after an exchange of punches with opposing prop Rhys Thomas. Glasgow boss Hugh Campbell said: "We will have to take a look at the video. At the moment, all I can say is that it appeared to be a very nasty incident."

JP had the joint relocated under general anaesthetic at the Western Infirmary but Glasgow team doctor Gerry Haggerty claims he would be lucky to return to action this year. "He will see an orthopaedic surgeon on Monday but we are probably looking at a minimum of three months out," he said.

I know. I really hope he gets better- that was some punch Thomas gave him and he only got sin-binned for it! RIDICULOUS! But the question now is who will be captain?

The last time we went without Biulloch and Petrie it was Dan Parks who got the nod. For those who made the trip to Wrexham it was a sight to see as Danny gave the pack a good bollocking. Actually wasn't many people Danny didn't shout at that day.
