Andy Craig is one of the ex-Glasgow players set to leave Leeds
Newly relegated Leeds Tykes have confirmed the players who are leaving at the end of the season, including four ex-Warriors.

Leeds have confirmed that 13 players are to leave in the wake of the club's relegation from the Premiership.

Among those to tell the Tykes they are departing are internationals Gordon Ross, Iain Balshaw and Gordon Bulloch.

Chief executive Gary Hetherington: "We have tried hard to retain the players we wanted and it is disappointing to be losing some of them.

"But the intensity of competition from so many Premiership clubs made our task an impossible one."

The players leaving Leeds Tykes are Iain Balshaw, Chris Bell, Gordon Bulloch, Danny Care, Andy Craig, David Doherty, Dan Hyde, Mark McMillan, Tom Palmer, Richard Parks, Roland Reid, Gordon Ross and David Rees.

Interestingly planet rubgy suggests the players wished to leave Leeds and were not shown the door, if true a brave move especially for the Scottish guys, may be they know something we don't!
