Graeme is back for the Warriors
Glasgow Warriors centre Graeme Morrison makes his first appearance for three months against Llanelli Scarlets in the Magners League at Hughenden tomorrow (Friday 16 February, kick-off 7.30pm).

The Scotland international has not played since the defeat at Leinster on November 10 due to a long-term groin injury.

But now the 24-year-old is relishing his return to action against Llanelli tomorrow.

Graeme said: "I ran for the first time a few weeks ago and everything has worked out quite well.

"I am just delighted to be getting a game. It has been disappointing to be sidelined with the team doing so well.

"I was pleased for the boys but it was frustrating not being directly involved. But I am glad to be getting back into it."

Glasgow Warriors head coach Sean Lineen also welcomes back a number of key internationals for the game.

Andrew Henderson replaces Scott Barrow at centre, while stand-off Dan Parks returns to the starting line-up in place of Colin Gregor and Hefin O’Hare moves to wing for Colin Shaw.

Glasgow Warriors captain Alastair Kellock returns to the second row in place of Dan Turner with prop Moray Low included in the starting XV alongside Justin Va’a and Fergus Thomson.

Jon Petrie moves to flanker to replace Steve Swindall as Johnnie Beattie returns at No. 8.

Is "G-Dogs" return good news? I thought HoH has been doing very well at 13.

Of course it's good news to have a player back after he's been out with an injury for so long. Hefin O'Hare has done well at 13 - so has Colin Gregor and Andy Henderson. Perhaps our wee upturn in fortunes is because we have genuine competition for places. Graeme Morrison's return will add to that.

I prefer to see Hefin on the wing, so it is good news to have more options in the centre. And anyway, it is good to have a player like G-dog back in the squad.

I would say that we now have a couple of players who can fit into the 13 berth and do a better job than Morrison. Why is he starting after such a long time away? Barrow and HoH are better players and quite possibly better outside centres and having Gregor on the field is always a bonus. It seems unfair to drop them to the bench so quickly after they have served the club so well. It is good to see HoH on the wing tho, at least he's involved.

how can it be implied that it isnt good news?? Surely it just means that there will now be a bit of competition for a place in the starting line up. That can be no bad thing. Good luck to the lads for tomorrow night, looking forward to the game.

Good line up. I would still much rather Barrow played. Forwards look good though, the boys should win through this one.

Glad G-Dog is back but why do they have to drop Colin Gregor?? Glad Dan is playing and Thom and Ferg! Looks like it is another Glasgow victory!

I think Hadden at one point implied that G-Dog was someone who could replace MDR and there was no other direct equivalent 13? ..so that must be good that he is back! switching Hefin to the wing again keeps him on the field and if he doesn't get passed the ball, I suspect he will just come and get it!

I was impressed by Gdog last night - he didn't play like a guy who had been out for 3 months. Its great to have more options and competition for places. (Someone said to me during the game, as all the replacements were being juggled about, what would it be like if we had our bona fide full back available! Took me ages to remember that we signed Leonelli for the FB shirt. When is he due to be fit and returning to the squad?)
