Trevino sit near the foot of the league but with their Italian contingent back in action after the Six Nations they will be a tough nut to crack.
Henry told the Evening Times: "There is no danger of us underestimating Treviso tonight.
"You look at their win over Edinburgh and that has sent out a real warning of what they are capable of now they have their Italian international contingent back.
"Also after the players and the club have had their future security guaranteed for next season they are playing with renewed belief.
"The fact they went to Thomond Park against Munster the week before and led them for 37 minutes before eventually going down 14-3 further underlines how much they have improved.
"So we know we must maintain the standards we have set in the last two weeks and, if anything, lift them a level.
"Given that a win tonight would take us into the top four there is also an extra importance to it.
"So hopefully with the game not on TV we will get a big home gate out.
"The fact we had over 5,000 for the Ospreys game was great and hopefully there will be a few extra on that."
The scrum-half lines up alongside Ruaridh Jackson for the first time since the league victory at Cardiff in February.
He said: "I really enjoy playing with Ruaridh as he is such an attacking player and I think we have a good understanding of each other's games.
"Tonight in front of a big Glasgow home crowd is the perfect platform for us, I hope, to help Warriors to another vital victory and help us continue to build our momentum."
