The three Scotland caps will be staying in Glasgow until at least May 2018 and follow Jonny Gray, Finn Russell, Pat MacArthur, Fraser Brown, Alex Allan, Sila Puafisi and Ali Price in committing their futures to the club.
Rob, who joined up with the Warriors from West of Scotland, said: "We've been very successful in my time here and there is a great culture at the club.
"There is a really good work ethic and a desire from all the players to learn more and improve every day.
"I supported Glasgow growing up and was a season ticket holder at Firhill. To come out of the stands and onto the pitch was an amazing experience and what you dream of when you're growing up."
Chris said: "Glasgow's been my only club since I started professional rugby and we've come on a long journey, but I still think we've got a lot further to go.
"I signed the same year as Ryan (Wilson) and Rob (Harley) and we've formed a tight-knit group in the back-row.
"It's great the club has managed to hold on to so many guys who have been here from the start.”
Ryan Wilson joined the Warriors in 2010 from English Championship side Moseley. He has gone on to make 104 appearances for the Warriors and has also captained the side.
He said: "This is my sixth season at the Warriors and I've loved my time here.
"Being involved at the Rugby World Cup with Scotland was incredible and I want to continue to play at the highest level. By staying at Glasgow, I'll have the opportunity to do that.
"It was a massive honour to reach 100 games earlier this season and I'm really happy to be staying on."
