Back-up squad to face Leeds

Opeta Palepoi starts for Glasgow's back-up squad
The Glasgow Warriors have named their back-up squad for tonight's match against Leeds Carnegie at West Park Leeds RUFC (kick-off 7.00pm).

Opeta Palepoi features as he continues his recovery from injury and nine members of Scottish Rugby's National Aacdemy get an outing at pro level.

Well at least two of us were voicing our support for Glasgow. Good night with plenty of strong running and great off loading. Three try to nil win (19 v 6). Just to make the game a bit fairer the Glasgow no 1 (not Mr Va) decided to explain the laws of retaliation to a Leeds colleague. Even with 14 men for most of the second half and a seven man scrum Glasgow coped well. Couple of great foot races with no. 11 coming within a good bounce of a great try.
